Made with Korean Ganjang marinade from Ottawa’s Raon Kitchen, this gluten-free beef noodle salad is quick and easy to make and full of flavour!

Ingredients
- 1 lb Stewing Beef (Slice thinner if desired, it
- will cook faster.)
- 1/4 cup Ganjang Marinade (Plus 1 Tbsp and
- more to taste)
- 1 package Rice Noodles (Full Package)
- 1 head Green Leaf Lettuce (Washed and chopped)
- 4 stalks Green Onion (washed and sliced)
- 2 Carrots (Grated)
- 1 Red Bell Pepper (washed, seeded and sliced)
Directions
1. Thaw the stewing beef. In a bowl combine the beef and 1/4 cup of the Ganjang
Marinade. Let sit for 15-20 minutes.
2. Wash and prepare the vegetables.
3. Bring a medium pot of water to boil. Add the rice noodles and cook for 6 minutes until
soft. Drain water and rinse under cold water.
4. Heat 1 tbsp cooking oil in a frying pan, add the marinated beef. As cooking, add 1 Tbsp
water to keep from sticking. Cook until beef is cooked through.
5. Add cooked rice noodles to the frying pan. Add 1/4 cup sliced green onions and 1 Tbsp
Ganjang Marinade.
6. Serve with prepared vegetables. Add additional Ganjang Marinade as desired.
