Since our foundation as a company we have been committed to buying directly from local farmers. Over the years we have developed long-term relationships to enable us to source as much of our produce as possible from the following farms:
Roots and Shoots Farm is a small-scale, organic vegetable farm that works to improve our local food system while inspiring our customers to explore the wonders of seasonal produce.
Founded in 2002 by Martin Turcot and Chantale Vaillancourt, the Ferme Aux Pleines Saveurs has been committed to organic agriculture since day one. Martin and Chantale, both from a long line of farmers, take the utmost care of the soil upon which they farm to ensure that future generations can also continue to farm it. Located less than 100 kilometres from Ottawa, all their fruits and vegetables are certified organic by Quebec Vrai.
Since 2012 Ferme Chapeau Melon based in l’Ange-Gardien (Outaouais) has been producing organic certified fruit and vegetables for the local market.
Based in Curran, Ontario Carly has been growing sprouts for goodfood2u customers for years! Local, organic and full of health benefits, keeping it green even in the depths of winter!
Keeping it close to home with Capital Greens Urban Farm is easy. They farm organic produce at the same location as our warehouse on the Just Food Farm.
The founders of Bluegrass Farm have an exciting vision, to extend the local growing season, to offset produce imports and to keep food dollars local. We share this vision and are excited to offer their greenhouse greens right through the winter.

The Ferme des Voltigeurs is a second-generation family-owned farm in Drummondville, Quebec that supplies us with delicious organic chicken products, certified by Ecocert.
